Already present in Haute-Savoie and Poland, Bonioni continues its international expansion with the acquisition of Italian company La.Ro. s.r.l.
The Lyon office is delighted to support the group in this build-up operation, giving birth to a European industrial group specialized in the manufacture of complex cold-forged components for a variety of industrial sectors.
The companies in the group have long and solid experience in the sector: Bonioni has been active for over 70 years and La.Ro for over 50. This industrial heritage is synonymous with technical competence, organizational solidity and in-depth market knowledge.
The Ghezzi family – founders of La.Ro. – reinvests in part to become a minority shareholder in the KEA holding company, of which Ciclad retains control; Franco Ghezzi and Caterina Ghezzi confirm their operational roles within the new structure. This guarantees strategic and managerial continuity, while preserving the values that have always characterized the company.
