The Harry Développement Group, European leader in the distribution of products and equipment for leisure ceramics, continues its growth by acquiring Keramik Kraft, leader in the German and Austrian markets.
The group, supported by Ciclad since 2021, thus completes its 4th acquisition in the niche leisure ceramics market, estimated at €300m in Europe, which has been growing strongly since the COVID years.
With its 10 directly-operated stores and e-commerce site, KK is doing a remarkable job of democratizing the practice of pottery.
With France, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK and now Germany and Austria, the Harry Développement group is now present in 6 European countries. This acquisition will create further economies of scale and synergies.
