On 3 June, we brought together our teams, investors, partners and some of our entrepreneurs.
It was an opportunity to take stock of the last twelve months, which have been very positive:
✅ 5 investments, including Izentit, Airplane Painter, BMI Group and CENTAURE INVESTISSEMENTS
✅ 7 build-ups for Bonioni, BAÏJA, BIO-TECH, Centaure Investissements, Vittori, Ceradel, and WAVENSYS
✅ 14 build-ups currently under review
✅ And excellent liquidity since 2024 with 7 disposals
Cyrille Guérin, CEO of Harry Développement / CERADEL, also spoke to share the growth ambitions of the group, the European leader in the distribution of products and equipment for recreational ceramics. This strategy was recently illustrated by the acquisition of KERAMIK-KRAFT, the leader in the German and Austrian markets.
We are thus confirming our winning strategy built around transmission:
✅ internal and external growth to help our entrepreneurs’ SMEs grow
✅ strong local roots thanks to our three offices in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux
✅ commitment of our teams to investments
We have combined this strong activity with a positive HR dynamic (three new partners, internal promotions) and a continuation of our ESG commitments (creation of the ESG committee, growth in extra-financial performance across all criteria).
