On Monday 26 January, we brought together more than 90 people for the presentation of our Si Vis Pacem fund dedicated to SMEs in the defense industry.
It was a very enriching evening with
▶️ an introduction to the geopolitical context by General Eric Autellet
▶️ an update on the defense industry and MOI/SME relations by Bruno Vazzoler
▶️ a reminder of the challenges of the military programming law by Nicolas GRANGIER
Then Didier Genoud and Nicolas Rostand presented the organization and objectives of the SVP fund, in line with the key principles that form the DNA of Ciclad:
✅ majority investments
✅ primary
✅ in a context of transfer
✅ and with the dual objective of supporting organic growth and consolidation through build-ups.
Since our announcement in February 2025, we have secured more than 50% of the €150 million target, and the first closing should take place shortly.
