We are pleased to announce that CICLAD has organized an Owner Management Buy-Out coupled with a capital increase of VitrineMedia alongside its three current managers. Founded in 2007 by Thibault Guillaume and Benjamin Champagne, VitrineMedia employs 160 people with an associated turnover of more than €16M. VitrineMedia is the French leader of windows display solutions for real estate agencies. VitrineMedia has also a strong position abroad with over half the sales as exports. The business plan consists in accompanying the management in the future growth of the company in France and abroad, through the consolidation of LED solutions’ sales as well as the development and the marketing of new products (dynamic display).
